Client :  Global Banking Titan with a strong analytics team based out of India.  Role :  This is a senior leadership role for regulatory risk analytics professionals with strong experience in stress testing, loss forecasting, building credit risk models and strategy. This role caters to global portfolio of the bank and has specific focus on IFRS9 reporting while leading a strong regulatory risk analytics team.  Job Responsibilities :   - . You will establish and maintain team vision with strong leadership presence in analytics team.  - You will lead the delivery of the PRA Concurrent Stress Test and the monthly IFRS9 results.  - You will collaborate with other Group functions Regional teams to ensure effective working relationships.  - You will carry out leadership of team of 100 plus risk management professionals.  - You will lead the day to day activities involved in the analytic processes.  - You will assign tasks and roles effectively across the department.  - You will ensure strong sense of urgency across the team in delivering to deadlines.   - You will be a key member of the analytics leadership team.  Hard Skills Required :   - You must have atleast 15 years of experience in stress testing IFRS9 and impairment reserves.  - You must have experience in Loss Forecasting Reserving and Risk Strategy.  - You must have understanding of consumer lending products like Credit Cards Personal Loans.  - You must have experience of working with audit, independent review and regulatory stakeholders.  Soft Skills Required :  - You must have experience in leading a 100 plus strong team of senior professionals.  - You must have vision with strong leadership presence both within the team and with global stakeholders.  - You must have experience of building a culture of continuous improvement across the departments.  How to Apply :  Send us your application on iimjobs.com
