Reach: - Currently covering markets of India, Singapore, Thailand, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Japan and Brazil.  Website: www.tyroo.com  Core Responsibility:  MIS support for Business KPIs to ensure availability of timely & accurate information for decision making:  - Creation and formulation of daily, monthly, yearly reporting review formats to monitor and analyze Business performance  - Collection, collation, analysis and presentation of information  - Streamline generation & flow of data   - Coordination with Cross Functional Teams to determine data needs encompassing advertiser/publisher acquisition, Revenue, Business KPIs etc.  - Coordination with Cross Functional Teams for standardizing various Business Processes and Definitions  - Coordination with Product and Technology teams to automate dash board and enable real time availability  Decision support through Data Analysis:  - Analysis of KPIs, trends of Publishers, Revenue, costs, etc; competition benchmarking, Industry trends etc  - Recommending measures based on analysis for Revenue, Profit maximization and cost optimization for individual teams.  Preparation of Business Plan for launch of new geographies and Product Lines  - Coordination with internal stake holder Functions for Advertiser/Publisher, Revenue, OPEX & CAPEX projection  - Preparation of detailed long term & short term Business plan for internal approval & decisions making  Analysis and Recommendations for Launch/Modification of Products & Services:  - Analyze acquisition & usage trends to uncover and recommend Revenue Enhancement & Acquisition opportunities   - Analyze profitability (Revenue & Costs) of existing products and suggest modifications to improve Revenue & to reduce Costs   - Analyze Corporate & New Product proposals, recommend any required modifications and provide timely approvals from CEO Office for launch and modifications  Information Dissemination & driving Business Strategy implementation:  - Provide decision support to CEO for Strategy formulation & finalization  - Communication with in-market teams for effective operationalization of finalized Strategy  - Monitor execution & suggest improvement areas  New Process initiation & existing Processes improvement and standardization to achieve operational efficiency, cost reduction, better customer experience (internal & external):  - Benchmarking of Processes - across product lines and with Industry practices  - Regular field visits and interaction with advertisers/publishers and internal Teams to uncover Process weaknesses & improvement opportunities  - Suggesting & driving launch of new process/modification of existing processes  - Pivotal role in Transformational Projects  Annual Budget Collation, Analysis & Decision Support for finalization:  - Study of Business KPI for previous years for company, competition and industry  - Estimation of Advertiser/publisher, Revenue and Profitability at individual product level for Budget year  - Estimation of Business KPIs inline with Company Goal for Target Year  - Analysis of Budget proposals submitted by each functional team  - Recommendation for modification of KPIs to ensure conformity to overall Company Targets  - Presentation preparation of final Budget proposal for Board approval  Monitoring Business Performance against Budget and recommendations for closing gap (if any)   - Regular analysis of Financial MIS to track performance against Budget  - Zero on KPIs impacting performance  Profile:  - 6+ years of overall working experience and 2+ years in Business Planning/Strategy/BA domain  - MBA must  - The candidate must be Flexible and Super enthusiastic and should be willing to work in a dynamic environment  - Excellent verbal + written skills to effectively communicate with various stakeholders  - Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and other technical information, solve problems, evaluate systems, and create solutions  - Previous experience in data analytics will be preferred, with hands-on experience in Excel, VBA and SAS  - Ability to handle ambiguity and multi-task effectively  - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
