Supplier Relationship Manager:

POSITION: Supplier Relationship Manager

LOCATION: Kolkata / Ahmedabad

REPORTING: Zonal Ops Manager

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include identifying and acquiring a pool of suppliers in the particular geographical area, negotiating price and terms with suppliers, maintaining relationships with both internal and external key stake holders, and managing the Supplier relationship to a level consistent with Shotang Strategy, addressing stakeholder issues and executing sourcing strategies.

Understand, map and forecast product requirements for the marketplace- This position requires to communicate directly with Shotang retail team, understand retailers - requirements, evaluate and align with sourcing strategy and fulfill the same in a timely fashion, keeping in mind price guidelines.

Key objective - Responsible for forecasting and catering to the demand of products/SKUs in the category

Responsible to have continuous stock availability from the suppliers

The position will be required to have a deep understanding of contracts and develop unique terms and conditions for the Products and Services being procured

Be a strong interface with retail and Delivery Teams.

Ensure compliance from all the suppliers with respect to daily operations.
