In a rapidly evolving and growing market, the team combines exceptional sales execution and negotiation skills, with an excellent understanding of mobile and advertising industry trends.   Inside Sales at Supersonic Ads:  The Inside Sales Team is responsible for the company's advertising sales and monetization of Supersonic's global mobile advertising network.   - As an Inside Sales Manager, you will be focused primarily on building relationships with performance based app developers to help them promote their products on the network.   - The job includes evangelism, outreach, relationship building, and of course, sales. We are fast growing, fun, entrepreneurial, and truly, a global company.  - You must be comfortable building leads, fielding lots of inbound inquiries, generating interest, qualifying prospects, building solutions and closing sales. You must also have demonstrated experience prospecting and growing an account list, as well as closing sales.  Responsibilities:  - Be responsible for the entire sales process from prospecting to close.  - Lead generation/outbound calling and warm lead follow up.  - Understand the advertisers needs and requirements.  - Present and articulate advanced product features and benefits of our advertiser specific products  - Be able to sell and differentiate in a competitive environment.  - Close sales and achieve quarterly sales quotas.  Qualifications:  - Extensive experience in online/mobile advertising and applications.  - Excellent communications skills.  - Ability to mange entire sales process from prospecting through close.  - Ability to manage in high activity, high transaction environment.  - Enthusiastic, highly motivated individuals with a serious work ethic are required.  - Proven track record in inside sales.  - Ability to meet and exceed individual sales targets on a consistent basis.  - Flexible, fun, action-oriented and zealous attitude.
