You will be -  - Working solely in the finance department & Liaising with the 3rd party vendor handling our accounts.  - Handling financial reporting & processing of Bills.  - Handling reconciliation & followup with Debtors / Creditors with regards to discrepancies, if any.   - Responsible for keeping the financial records updated. Keeping records of every financial transaction of business and reconcile the accounts to make sure they balance every month including posting to purchase journals, Paying invoices when due, Working with vendors to negotiate terms.  - Responsible for Accounts payable includes payments to staff, bills from providers, etc.  - Monthly closing & finalization of accounts.  - Ensuring timely fillings of TDS, Service Tax & Income tax returns.  - Presenting to the management a General financial report indicating the bank balance & the expenditure incurred.  We are looking for -  - Bachelor's degree in Accounting & finance; with 2+ years professional experience.  - Well versed with Tally, MS Office, Statutory compliances (VAT, TDS, ROC etc) & other accounting related tools/terms.  - Good English written & verbal communication skills & attention to detail.  - Sound knowledge of Online banking (NEFT, RTGS etc)  - Ability to work in a fast paced environment and deliver within set of timelines.  - Must have highest level of Integrity.  What's in it for you -  - Good pay, great perks, young, talented co-workers, and a kickass office in the heart of Mumbai  - A flat structure and complete flexibility  - At Super, you're part of something that will impact real lives.
