You Will :

- Connect with CEOs and other founding members of the top startups in the country.

- Be responsible for scaling up our customer base (yes, without any cold calls).

- Be responsible for acquiring essential partnerships for exponential growth.

- Be passionate enough to drive down the message of the revolution Super is causing among every customer.

- Identify and assess new markets, opportunities and customers.

You Should have :

- An attitude of getting shit done and hustling.

- Great communication skills and the ability to interact easily with founders & teams. A good speaker, a better listener.

- The ability to think on your feet and adapt quickly to anything thrown at you.

- The ability to work as a team.

- The ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.

- Good understanding of the startup and job space.

- The ability to make quick creative decisions while negotiation.

- An ability to analyse the competitive environment.

- The ability to assess a business opportunity and it's long-term value.
