Xelerate is the brand name adopted by SunTec for the suite of revenue management and business assurance products.   We are having an opening in our Sales Team in - Digital Communications Products   - Define sales strategy and sales plan for Sun Tec's suite of products for the Telecom domain & contribute to the growth of the company by achieving sales targets.   - Coordinate with other members in the Sales Team, and Support organization to manage opportunities and take them to a closure.   - Consult with clients on business issues & develop powerful proposals and deliver strategic sales presentations   - Strategize development of a Sales pipeline based on secondary research & existing contact base.   - Establish and execute continuity sales plans and goals   - Lead and Plan Marketing efforts towards creation of contacts, content and sales pipeline   - Utilize current campaign/product performance information   - Propose, develop and test new continuity offers to increase sales and profits   Desired:   - 5 years of overall experience in selling Software Products and Solutions to large Telecom companies   - At least 3 yrs of experience in Telecom Billing software Sales   - Exposure and understanding of BSS solutions will be preferred.   - Strong experience in B2B Software Product market.   - Expertise in all phases of sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and sales closure.   - Demonstrated track record of successfully selling large scale engagements & proven business and negotiation skills   - Ability and willingness to travel   Job Location: Bangalore  Della Sebastian Talent Acquisition Team  SunTec Business Solution
