Purpose of the Job  - To ensure that the project is completed successfully on time, within budget and with quality & safety.  - To maintain, track and update the project plan and to formally provide regular progress milestones check.  - To conduct weekly project status meetings with the team & other stake holders, and to document all decisions / outcomes.  - To meet with the Department Head weekly to provide project delivery status   - To maintain and manage problem / issues log and resolutions   - Ensure usage of approved drawings, specification, raise field deviation request and documentation control  - To manage resources and provide appropriate direction and feedback as required   - To manage the project team including setting performance expectations, measurement and resolving disciplinary problems   - Manage multiple external vendors, contractors and business partners  - Project milestones monitoring, project priorities reassignment, if necessary, to maintain project schedule.  - Responsible for Overall administration, quality and safety at site  Reporting to: Project Manager  Education - B.E / B.Tech (Civil / Electrical)   Skills:Project Management, Resource management & ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.  Competencies  - Strong planning and process skills  - Project initiation, planning, execution, controlling and closing out the project.  - Manage project dependencies and team and stake holder relationships   - Strong negotiation and relationship management skills   - Skills in resource management, fiscal management of budgets and ability to deliver to committed schedules.  - Excellent team player and good communication skills
