Summary of Functions:  The Talent Management Analyst would support the Senior Director of Global Talent Management in areas such as: assessment and 360 data management, monitoring and reporting; talent review/employee data management; logistics, computer file management; logistics and other related duties.  - The Talent Management Analyst would also assist Regional Director for driving Talent Management Initiatives by working closely with HRBPs in respective countries.   Key Responsibilities:  - Manage 360 platform, to include data input, management, and troubleshooting and report generation.  - Manage assessment requests and data management, including vendor relations.  - Assist with logistics and data management for organizational talent review and succession planning  - Assist with computer file management  - Proactively support the region for Talent Management initiatives   Ancillary Functional Responsibilities:  - Performs other duties as assigned by Senior Director Global Talent Management and Regional Director -Human Resources   Required Qualifications:  - MBA in Human Resources or with an equivalent combination of education and experience.  - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience   Preferred Qualifications:  - Relevant work experience in data management and/or talent management.  - Energy sector or solar energy experience in utility, commercial or residential/small commercial environment.  Essential Skills Required:  - Excessively organized and structured.  - Maturity and judgment - able to maintain confidentiality.  - Display initiative and accept responsibility with limited supervision.  - Collaborate with senior leadership, and exercise judgment and discretion, in recommending, creating and implementing organizational strategies and objectives.  - Effectively utilize available and relevant technical tools and resources (e.g., Microsoft Office, Taleo, Fusion, Excel, etc.).  - Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.   - Perform assigned tasks with reliability, honesty and discretion.  Communication:  - Exceptional communications skills, ability to present to internal organizations.  - Strong leadership and communication skills.
