Our Marketing team is hiring for the position of Marketing Manager - Paid Media to manage campaigns for customer acquisition & retention across multiple paid platforms.   We are looking to recruit a candidate for a role that will require:  - Planning and executing specific paid media campaigns to drive customer acquisition & retention  - Tracking, reporting and improving paid campaign performance metrics  - Researching the latest trends and best practices in paid marketing: SEM, Display, Shopping & Social Ads  Skills Required:  - Solid understanding of Performance Marketing, Conversion Tracking/Optimization and Online Customer Acquisition   - Experience in executing SEM, Display & Remarketing campaigns  - Discipline in measuring and reporting performance of campaigns, assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)  - Experience in optimizing Landing Pages and User Funnels  - Analytical skills and data-driven thinking   - Hands-on experience of working on Web Analytics tools & Excel  Education: Graduate/Post Graduate   Work experience: 3 - 5 years (eCommerce or digital marketing agency experience preferred)  We run a fast-paced, dynamic business and the challenges we face and solve every day are unique.
