We have very urgent requirement for the position of Manager Subcontracting (India & APAC) -IT MNC ,Pune.

Job description:

- Manage RFP’s worth millions of dollars

- Good experience in Subcontracting/Outsourcing domain,

- Leading subcontracting team of 9 people, which includes 2 GLs.

- Portfolio includes handling subcontractor hiring & outsourcing requirements for India & APAC region.

Required Skills/Domain Knowledge

- Total exp - 10+ years.

- Out of which at least 5 years relevant experience preferably from IT company,

- Strategic decision maker

- Should have handled big team.

- Negotiations Skills

Behavioural competancies:

- Good Communication Skills

- Working under pressure

- Good at relationship Management

Skills:

- Good experience in Subcontracting/Outsourcing domain
