Zonal Manager- Sales & Operation

Position Responsibilities :

Role Objective :

To be responsible for growing revenue of the centers and ensure their efficient operations. To undertake activities which develop

a) long term demand for company's products

b) brand image with customers & consumers, schools and other bodies to make SM a preferred learning center.

Key Result Areas Accountability :

Sales :

a) To devise & drive all BTL elements including in center sales & marketing activities - to ensure adequate Enquiry generation- to meet revenue targets by complying with the Sales/Commercial policies, for all centers covered in the zone.

b) To build & implement processes to increase conversion of enquiry to walkin and final enrollment.

Marketing : Improve brand Image and customer & consumer satisfaction

Center Operations : Ensure MIS and effective center management.

Analytics and Mapping Competition Data : Trend Analysis on various aspects/offerings.

People Management :

- Encourage & Co-ordinate to resolve all academic issues by & between the teacher & CP /HoD & CAO to ensure satisfactory academic delivery to students.

- Increase capability of team members & develop a bench for future by providing proactive training inputs & feedback.

Leadership Qualities :

- Leading from the front with active participation in major center activities, regular reviews of center operations, monitoring of sales, marketing, operations & receivables for the centers allocated.

Reports to : Sales Head

Education : Full time MBA from a top B-school

Experience post MBA : 1-2 years of sales experience preferably in Service/Retail industry

Behavioral Competency :

- Achievement orientation wrt target & sales processes

- Customer & Consumer centricity

- Excellent people skills

- Ability to work cohesively with other functions

- Ability to resolve conflicts between teams

- Process orientation & comfortable with use of technology.

- Good Analytical skills and the ability to read data.

- Strong Initiative to resolve issues faced timely & decisively
