Job Profile: This position will be a part of the Central Operations team.

- Responsible for Operations related strategy formulation

- Spearheading the Operations Automation engineering team.

- Overseeing automation & optimization of processes.

- Work in Close Coordination with Warehouse operations, Procurement, Shipping, Process control, Inventory Planning, Financial planning and Learning and Development teams.

- Training & development of Team.
