Strategy Consulting - Natural Resources - Chemical/Energy/Metal/Mining/Utilities

- A minimum of 3-7 years of progressive management consulting industry or leading industry (should be with an MNC or a leading Indian company with significant exposure to natural resources clients or Minimum of two years of experience should be in natural resources industry- Chemicals, Energy, Metals, Mining, Utilities

Should have overall exposure to at least some of the following areas:

- Strategy development

- Planning and supply chain management

- Procurement

- Plant operations and maintenance

- Quality assurance

- Capital project management

- Marketing Strategy development (B2B as well as B2C)

- Channel strategy and channel effectiveness

- Key account management / Customer relationship management

- Pricing and Contracting

- Market research and development of insights

- HR strategy

- Organization design and operating model development

- Leadership development

- Learning and development

- Compensation and benefits

- Recruitment

- Performance management system design

Qualification:

- A full-time MBA from a Tier 1 B School is preferred.
