Channel and Category Development Manager  Role and Responsibilities :   - To lead channel & category strategy   - Provide transparency over commercial performance and enable fact-based decision  - To ensure that the products and category are available at the right place at the right time, at right price, with excellence in execution.  - Owning Shopper insight & develop Category & Channel strategy  - Lead shopper / category research by working with research agencies  - Investigate & integrate relevant facts and insights (shopper, Customer & Channel) to identify category growth opportunities  - Provide guidance to sales team / trade marketing team to design field execution programs  - Provide the guidance for sales team in terms of where we are and where we go  Experience Needed (Professional) :  - Looking for candidates from Research Consulting Background - A candidate who supports FMCG Clients with Analytics in improvising the Business/Sales  - FMCG experience of at least 5 years is mandatory.
