Head  Division/Dept: Strategy Operations	  Location : Gurgaon	  Job Purpose:  Guidelines:  - As an Consultant you will be supporting Senior Consultant across various projects and other organizational activities  Job Responsibilities:  Guidelines:   The responsibilities include:  - Supporting Senior Consultant with problem definition which could include industry study, market study and financial models.  - Understanding client requirements and assisting in developing approach methodology  - Conducting extensive primary and/or secondary research and applying the outcome to arrive at conclusions/solutions for the client’s request - especially through publicly available sources  - Developing proxies and triangulations for difficult-to-get data points  - Analyzing data to extract insights and identify patterns (qualitative and numerical)  - Interacting seamlessly with team members to ensure that individual and collective goals are met   - Producing output in the form of Power Point, Word, Excel, etc.  - Taking complete ownership of the module assigned  Education & Experience:  Educational Qualifications:   - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering. MBA is preferred from Tier I or II institute.  Relevant Experience:  Relevant experience (3-5 years) in:  - Doing research on Technology Industry, Covering new technology trends, following technology companies OR  - Consulting for technology industry OR  - Performing market Insights role in large technology companies OR  - Corporate strategy in technology company  - Clarity of financial concepts and interpretation of financial statements  - Logical thought process to think through the problem and develop a solution in niche areas  - Effective oral and written communication skills  - Effective presentation skills  Personal Attributes and Behaviours:  - Ability to work in a team environment  - Ability to encourage and involve team members  - Highly motivated individual  Relevant and Target Companies: Consulting Organisations
