PFA the JD below.   Private Banking USA  Job Description :  Business Title :	Analyst- PB Americas Strategy			  GENERAL SUMMARY :  The PB Americas Strategy & Projects analyst will be responsible for the support of the PB Strategy team in assisting with the creation of presentations and approaches to maintaining the growth of the Private Banking businesses in North America and Latin America.   The team works closely with the senior management of Private Banking Americas and other key internal stakeholders on a project basis.  ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ;  - Identify issues, conduct supporting analyses and develop actionable recommendations for strategic initiatives sponsored by PB Americas senior leadership  - Lead internal cross-functional working groups and manage multiple workstreams  - Track and develop perspectives on wealth management and competitor trends  - Develop strategic models and presentations for PB & WM and senior management  QUALIFICATIONS :  - Work experience with leading wealth manager, consultancy or investment bank with successful track record of client service, ethical performance and individual / team achievement  - MBA or equivalent advanced degree from a leading institution; may be substituted with seven or more years of relevant work experience  - Familiarity and, preferably, direct experience in US wealth management   - Prior strategy consulting, corporate development, project management functional experience highly recommended  EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE :  Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business or Finance required.   BUSINESS COMPETENCIES :  - Strong understanding of analytical and strategic approaches / frameworks, coupled with demonstrated project management and implementation skills  - Demonstrated proficiency with creating financial models in Excel and executive presentations in PowerPoint  - Effective communications, listening and presentation abilities  - High comfort level working with and presenting to senior managers in a matrix / multi-cultural organization  In Case you wish to explore this opportunity, please feel free to call me or write to me on below mentioned details   Jayashree Ghadge  Recruitment Consultant Credence HR Services  Landline Number: 020-65100883  Visit us : www.credencehrservices.com
