Please visit www.microland.com for more deta  Job Description: Strategic Talent Acquisition- Bangalore  Summary: The Strategic Talent Acquisition role will focus on mandates for Executive Hiring across Microland businesses and independently drive closures working closely with the Business Leadership   Reporting to: Chief People Officer  Objectives:  - Work with Board or Senior Leadership Team for Executive Hiring mandates responsible for Executive hiring across all geographies.  - Identify, attract and retain the highest calibre of diverse talent using the most effective recruitment and selection processes, networking, tools and technologies.  - Must be able to leverage a deep networking in the Industry  - Work closely with the business leaders and advise them on the best practices and processes for recruiting Executive talent.   - Build talent pipeline and forge strong relationships with senior level and highly specialized candidates in the Industry for business critical positions for the organization.  - Manage strong sourcing, selection and networking capabilities to hire in a cost effective environment and efficient manner.  - End to End involvement with the process, from sourcing, conducting interviews until on-boarding.  - Negotiate at the Executive level, to gain approval and consensus on negotiated offers and finalize the hiring process  - Regular review of the hiring numbers to meet business needs.  Desired Candidate Profile:  Education: MBA, Preferably from Premier institutes (XLRI/TISS/IIM)  - Should have 8 to 15 years of experience in Executive Level hiring   - Expert knowledge of the recruiting technologies, trends and a sound understanding of recruiting with Social Media.  - Sound understanding of the Microland businesses and directions with an ability to map future skill requirements, strategize and drive closures
