About the role  - This is a challenging opportunity to lead research, analytics, and client presentations around financial aspects of insurance clients.   This requires converting broad knowledge of insurance, corporate finance, regulatory frameworks, rating agencies and capital markets into commercially viable business opportunities.  About the team  - Analysis of company results, transcripts, townhall and preparation of pitch books and strategy papers -   Analysis of market themes which may develop into business opportunities eg regulatory change, M&A activity -   Analysis of individual company business profile, reserves, sensitivities etc -   Deep dives on competitors - Financial analysis of company with client including development over time -   Market analysis for strategy development projects -   Manage strategic partnerships to ensure a smooth introduction of solutions -   Work with the transaction manager and client manager & underwriters to originate deals and to provide clients with a pragmatic solution that meets their needs   Modeling and illustrating the cost/benefit effects of insurance solutions under different capital regimes  About You  - 5+ years' experience insurance industries -   Good understanding of primary insurance markets, trends, and products -   Good combined knowledge of corporate finance, accounting, solvency and ratings capital models as well as company valuation drivers -   Analytical (proficient); ability to articulate clearly, ability to prioritize and multitask, adaptable, open-minded, pragmatic, ability to manage expectation of different stakeholders -   Education: a Bachelor / Post Graduate degree in a quantitative principle (Mathematics / Statistics / Finance / Economics)  Pre-requisite:  Insurance Domain Experience.
