Position : Strategic Key Account Manager West
Location : Mumbai
Responsibilities:
- Identifying and developing new streams for long-term revenue growth, giving presentations, maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat/ referral business.
- Utilizing public information and personal network for developing marketing intelligence to generate leads.
- Liaising with corporate/ institutional clients for securing business. Sustaining healthy business relations with key accounts for repeat/ referral business.
- Selling at CXO level. Managing excellent relationship with the them and generating long term business
- Setting up after sales support channel/ authorized service centre involving evaluation & improvement of the service centers on a continuing basis.
- Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by providing them with pre/ post implant or surgery technical service assistance and achieving delivery and quality service norms.
- Providing warranty support to clients and ensuring speedy redressal of the same.
- Conducting and organizing sales promotional activities as a part of brand building and market development effort by mapping the target customers/ audience.
- Building brand focus in conjunction with operational requirements and ensuring maximum brand visibility and capturing optimum market shares.
- Handling new product launches to widen product portfolio and generate exceptional sales volumes.
- Identifying & networking with financially strong & reliable channel partners, resulting in market penetration and reach.
- Ensuring cost effective logistic operations & seamless materials movement to ascertain sufficient inventory levels at each sales outlet/ distribution channel.
