To maximise the delivery of profitable revenue through the leadership, base management, and motivation of the team.

To manage and deliver revenue growth from HQ accounts across the country and NHQ accounts with base in the circle. Deliver above across all product lines and maintain a healthy product mix

Deliver the best in class customer experience with a high NPS score. Work closely with corporate and global teams, creating a seamless and uniform experience for customers across countries & circles.
