JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title - Strategic Account Manager, Financial Services Industry,
Location - Delhi
Department - Sales
Objective / Purpose of duty: Direct Sales, Well Networked in the FSI vertical
Main responsibilities:
1. This is an Individual contributors role
2. Responsible for managing relationship with clients
3. Understanding Dimension Data Solutions and services offerings and positioning them.
4. Transactional selling / Business development activities
5. Self / Job management and resources allocation for clients
6. Achieving key business standards / parameters (revenues and gross margins ) for various solutions and services, set for specific business period.
Skills Required
- Sound knowledge of Networking, telecommunication industry / clients.
- Working knowledge in the areas of
1. IP telephony
2. Data security
3. Network management
4. Operating Environment and messaging.
5. Data and voice networking infrastructure solutions
- Proven and successful track record in Business Development with large FSI Client
- Knowledge of commercial processes and large bid preparations and costing
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
Qualification:
- B.E or Engineering Diploma, Advantage will be given for M.B.A. or professional certification in IT / Networking / Security / Microsoft
Experience:
5 - 12 years and above in the field of IT ( Systems Integration, IT solutions and services )
