The candidate will be responsible for managing the P&L and driving sales for the store through efficient store operations, customer service delivery, motivation and retention of store personnel and adherence to company norms.   Key Responsibilities:  - Handling the Operations of the Store.  - Preparing & Achieving Sales Targets & Monitor & Track Sales Performance.  - Ensure customer needs are met and complaints/queries are resolved in a timely manner.  - Manpower & Resource Planning, Identifying avenues for Branding, etc.  - Train the Retail Staff  - Coordination with the warehouse for Stock updates, order follow ups, etc.  - Ensure store expectations and priorities are communicated to the staff   - Review and provide regular feedback on staff’s performance against expectations   - Actively seek ways to achieve or exceed shop sales targets  - Monitor all point of sales activities in the store including sales transactions, tracking payments, maintaining inventory updates, handling returns and refunds, gathering consumer data for feedback.  Preferably a candidate from Home Furnishing / Textile / Garment industry.  Interested candidates may share their updated C.V.'s with a photo along with your current and expected CTC and notice period.  Renju  Right Resource Mumbai
