He also ensures that customer support activities are seen to deliver measurable and significant value to the businesses and meet customer loyalty targets. The Head of Customer Support also evangelizes the importance of customer experience to the overall performance of the business and establishes himself as the go-to expert for senior sales management within the sales department and the business at large.  Job Description:  - Hands on experience in setting up and handling new age processes and teams for customer service excellence.  - Familiar with call center management (external & internal), expertise in new age tools like bots and workplace with clear high degree of expertise in process tools analytics and reporting/MIS.  - Good amount of experience in handling support for e-commerce companies.  - Proven track of setting, managing and delivering clear results on organisation metrics like complaint / ticket resolution, customer satisfaction, building customer loyalty, growth.  Leadership/People Skills:   A suitable candidate will possess outstanding leadership skills.
