Position : - Talent acquisition Specialist

Exp level: - 2 to 4 yrs.

Job Location : - Noida

1) Responsible for handling IT requirements from US based clients .

2) Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.

3) Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Job diva), Making job postings on the Job Portal.

4) Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status

Desired Candidates:

- Looking for candidates with min 2 years exp in US recruitment.

- Preferably should have experience of working direct clients

- Should have excellent communication skills.

- Should be from US recruitment background.

- Good interpersonal and team coordination skills.

- Must be proactive & self-driven.

- Must be a quick thinker.

- Should be well versed with various tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).

- Should have a thorough understanding of various IT terminologies.

Salary offered; 7 - 8 LPA (Compensation is dependent on the relevant experience of the jobseeker)
