Job Responsibilities:
Talent Management: Achieving Recruitment volume oriented targets (both domestic and international) by choosing best talent hiring logistics and ensuring quality of hire; Part of the selection process and designing interview tools & psychometric tests for conducting interviews at various levels; Updating Job descriptions; Employee on-boarding processes & joining formalities
Performance Management: Facilitating and Implementing Performance Management process for the Corporate Office and various site projects across India and Abroad
Employee Engagement: Provide guidance on HR processes & policies to employees, identify HR issues, support resolution of employee grievances, coach & counsel in case of problems / disputes, encourage communication & employee participation in social events to improve employee engagement quotient.
Others: Expat Staff management, Facilitating Compensation and Benefits, Employee relations, Training and Development, Implementing suitable HR interventions
Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
- Full time MBA / PGDM in Human Resources from XLRI / TISS / MDI / IMT / FMS / etc from top business schools only need apply
- 0 - 3 years of HR generalist experience post MBA with a strong learning orientation
- Good hands-on knowledge and appreciation of HR processes, policies and sub systems
- Proficient in MS Excel and data analytics is must.
Good written, conversational and presentation capabilities
