(Who & Where) we are TODAY-   India's largest online marketplace for Stays, hotels and lodges to vacation rentals and home stays  Exponentially growing company over the past year as we continue to disrupt the Indian travel ecosystem.   (Who & Where) we would be TOMORROW-   A generation defining home grown Indian brand.   The top of mind/ preferred destination for all manner of Stays (including alternative stay options) - From both a consumer and Stay partner perspective  - Undisputed India Numero Uno for Stays - Period.  - Go International  (Who & What) we are looking for?  Role Title: Buzz Marketer  Role Details:   - Conceptualize, champion & execute innovative marketing campaigns which have a high buzz/ virality/ social shareability quotient.   - Come up with Growth Hacking ideas working with external partners/ product/ technology, teams to help achieve inorganic growth on the supply side  - Marketing channel agnostic role: The focus of this role is to come up innovative ideas which cut across marketing channels.   - Analyze data and ensure data driven approaches are taken in campaigns  - Build innovative metrics that help track campaign success and if objective is met or not.  - Collect feedback from market (supply side) and close the learning loop on campaigns.  Desired Experience & Attributes:  - Experience of conceptualizing, designing innovative marketing campaigns which break the mold and tear down traditional stereotypes.  Ideal candidate should have worked for a minimum of 1 year at one of the following:   - Advertising agencies (preferred)  - Marketing division of an eCommerce firm (preferably a startup)  - BTL Marketing division of FMCG/FMCD/Telecom companies  - Can-Do attitude, appetite for startup culture, ability to thrive under pressure  - Preference for candidates from top institutes   Location: Chennai/ Bangalore
