Station Head - Radio Station

Salary offered: 8 - 15 LPA

We are looking for Station Head to work with following skills sets;

Job Title: Station Head

Location: Madurai, Chennai

Experience : 6-8 years

Job Description:

- To ensure P&L achievement and ensure smooth & effective operations in the city.

- To ensure that the top-line and the bottom-line targets of the station are achieved.

- Build radio as a category both at the listener and advertiser level

- To train, develop and guide team members reporting to him / her to achieve station objectives. Following up and ensuring timely collection of monies.

- To build the image of the Radio Station through planned PR interventions and relationship with other media and media houses in the city.

- To formulate strategies, explore new business avenues and new markets for radio.

- To train, develop and guide team members reporting to him / her to achieve station objectives.

- To ensure implementation of systems and procedures as formalized by corporate.

Requirements

- 6-8 years experience in Business Development, experience in handling P&L

- Full time MBA from a reputed institute

- Tamil language proficiency is required
