Job Description:

To ensure P&L achievement and ensure smooth & effective operations in the city.

To ensure that the top-line and the bottom-line targets of the station are achieved.

Build radio as a category both at the listener and advertiser level

To train, develop and guide team members reporting to him / her to achieve station objectives. Following up and ensuring timely collection of monies.

To build the image of the Radio Station through planned PR interventions and relationship with other media and media houses in the city.

To formulate strategies, explore new business avenues and new markets for radio.

To ensure implementation of systems and procedures as formalized by corporate
