Job Description:  - Managing Retail Channel Sales & Distribution Management - Distributor Selection and Appointment, daily distribution channel operations management, maintaining inventory at distributor point, Manage and facilitate collections from channel partners as per company policy  - Set up alternate distribution channels for Mobile products and drive business volume through these channel partners  - Effective implementation of sales strategy   - Local market visibility and visibility at point of sale  - Qualitative planning & implementation of schemes and promotional activities in select markets  - Providing regular and timely feedbacks from Customers, retailers and distributors. Driving inputs; customer feedback into designing new products  - Ensure accurate forecasting, timely remittances, stock reconciliation and focused approach to merchandising  - Coordination with various departments like operations, IT, Marketing, Finance etc. to extend seamless customer onboarding and activation experience.  - Team building and management - manage and drive performance through the team.  Requirement:  - 4-6 years of experience in Handsets/Mobile Accessories/ Telecom Industry  - Experience in both channel and distribution sales  - Expertise in handling large number of front line sales force   - MBA from Premier B-School.   - Entrepreneurial in approach & Highly self-motivated   - Strong relationship skills with trade and channel partners  - Superior market knowledge with strong grip on customer and competition  - High bias for quality execution & speed  - Number driven   - Ability to motivate teams to work on common set goals.
