- Relevant Experience of Sales and collection (in Home Loans, Mortgages, LAP, Builder Funding etc. ) from Banks/ NBFC /Financial Institutions

- Managerial level team handing skill.

- Good client servicing skills

- Good financial analytical skills, communication skills.

- Should have handled the team of 50-75 Members

Job Description:

- Responsible for entire state Home Loan Business.

- Handling team of Portfolio Mangers/ Branch Heads/Business Manager / Relationship Managers and Executives.

- Developing and monitoring systems & process for smooth achievement of allocated monthly, quarterly and annual state targets.

- Build a sales team, plan distribution strategy, and create a presence for the group through a channel network in the retail loan market.

- Provide inputs from process, credit and risk dimensions of business in organization interest.

- Monitoring of existing portfolio with regular analysis and visits to branches.

- New Client Acquisition & Business generation of HL Business.

- Initial survey on target market & potential.

- Responsible for Team productivity.

- Responsible for individual & Teams targets.

- Shall be responsible for sourcing, servicing, and disbursing the business and Manage Overdue Collections.

- Coordination with other departments like Credit, Operations for processing of loan till final disbursement and ensure smooth servicing and operations.

- Responsible for maintaining good loan portfolio for Home Loan.

- Shall be responsible for Overdue Collections & Revenue generation process
