He/She is responsible for their assigned team's sales productivity, and directs their effort in order to have the greatest overall impact on company results.  ROLE OBJECTIVE & Key areas  1. Overall responsibility for sales, marketing & operations for partner bank branches of the region.   2. Maintain healthy relationship with Senior Management in circle / Regional office and ensure support of reportee sales team members at Branch Level.   3. Strategize and plan to ensure business delivery through Activity management.   4. Built a culture of ethical business and act as a change agent to uncover issues and implement innovative solutions to manage risk actively.   5. Drive sales basis product mix to ensure profitability.   6. Relationship management & regular engagement with channel regional heads, branch managers & leadership teams to support sales growth.   7. Leadership, teamwork & people development.   8. Ensure consistent business performance with operational effectiveness & control. Managing collection of renewal premiums.  9. Adherence to all IRDA regulations and keep pace with changes in the regulatory guidelines/framework for Life Insurance in general and particularly for banc assurance  KEY FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES  1. Knowledge and experience in Insurance & Regulatory framework.  2. Sufficient Experience and understanding of BFSI and preferably the banc assurance model.  3. Proven track record in Marketing & Business Development and thorough understanding of Bancassurance business.   4. Managing Multi partner channels / stake-holders at an organized level.   CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE   1. Preferably 12-18 years of core business management experience including sales and service.   2. Preferably having managed business & channel development in a Bank distribution oriented environment.  3.
