We encourage applications from suitable FEMALE candidates who meet the eligibility criteria.   Details of the role:  Position Title: Manager - FP & BC   Reporting to : Head - FP & BC   Work Location: Corporate Office, Vashi, Navi Mumbai   Key Deliverable for the role:   - Formulate the Business Plan (Including business target, financial budget [OPEX & CAPEX] manpower budget and financial projection, working with Actuarial Team) considering overall objectives of the company and industrial trend/standard.  - Monitor the progress of the business plan and make a strategic suggestion to top management to achieve company goal.  - MIS report to top management. (E.g. Gap Analysis and channel wise/product segment wise profitability analysis etc)  - Understanding of Financial Budget for the Organization.
