KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  - Responsible for driving the planning and reporting process for Star India Business   - Annual Business Plan and Reforecast process for full Star India business  - Responsible for all Management reporting for 21CF  - Set up key KPI measurement for SBUs and assessments for same.  - Key decision maker in financial choices of investments that Star India should make in Annual Business Plan   - Deciding investments and ROI for multiple channels / businesses  QUALIFICATION:  - CA with minimum 11-15 years related work experience in medium / large corporates  KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:  - Analytical, Presentation skills and sharp decision making skills  PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:  - Possess good interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external customers   - Highly effective in supervising and motivating individuals to their fullest potential.  - Ability to meet challenging deadlines, work under pressure and exercise sound judgment   - Proactive and result-oriented
