Context:  - The position is primarily responsible for ideating, helping design and execute the marketing plan to maximize revenues, idea generation via market, partners, team and competition research   Key Responsibilities:  - Planning, brand building & analysis of the brand   - Plan for Launch activities   - Innovate strategies for revenue generation & product integration  - Develop & lead the marketing team assigned to those particular brands  - Interact on a broad level with both Internal customers - Sales, Programming & Distribution & External customers-Ad agencies.   - Deliver on marketing tie-ups towards value adding to the marketing budget  - Create associations to enhance marketing activities  Qualification: MBA from premiere college  Knowledge & Skills:  - Excellent communication and presentation skills.  Personal Attributes:  - High energy, assertive and to be able to deal with multiple stakeholders,   - Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
