Programming Strategy  Context :   Providing inputs based on data and understanding on the following:   - Business - Assisting in developing channel strategy by identifying core TG, Brand Strategy  - Content - Come up with show specific inputs.  Key Responsibilities :  - Generating channel and show health indicator reports to help the organization take informed decisions.   - Analyzing viewership trends and planning actionable inputs across programming and promotion   - Inputs to increase reach and stickiness of audience.   - Providing strategic insights for optimizing Programming & Marketing efforts/ Decisions  - Devise content and break strategies.   Qualification :  - MBA preferably from a premier institute   - 3+ years of experience in Research function of Television / Broadcasters/ Research agency/ FMCG/ Consulting.  Knowledge & Skills :  - Exposure in Research Methodologies - Qualitative and Quantitative   - Media xpress, ADEDGE software etc. Data analysis, interpretation and presentation skills
