Context:  - The position is primarily responsible for ideating, helping design and execute the marketing plan to maximize revenues, idea generation via market, partners, team and competition research  Key Responsibilities:  - Develop marketing plans and strategies to support overall business targets  - Planning, brand building & analysis of the brand  - Employ market research initiatives to drive brand positioning, marketing communication efforts  - Undertake promotional activities (ATL / BTL) to ensure brand visibility and awareness in existing and new markets   - Plan for Launch activities  - Drive tie-ups and manage key partnerships to drive brand salience   - Innovate strategies for revenue generation & product integration  - Develop & lead the marketing team assigned to those particular brands  - Interact on a broad level with both Internal customers-Sales, Programming & Distribution & External customers-Ad agencies.   - Deliver on marketing tie-ups towards value adding to the marketing budget  - Create associations to enhance marketing activities  Qualification:  - MBA-marketing with 7-15 years work experience preferably from FMCG/Telecom  Knowledge & Skills:  - Excellent communication skills  - Exposure to niche space planning and strategy (on-air, off-air & Digital besides events)  - Basic knowledge of TAM  - Proficiency in managing partner relations: Research Teams, Agencies and Vendors besides striking key tie-ups for the brand  - Exposure to management of digital and social media  Personal Attributes:  - Passionate person with an ability to build capacity and scale up the operations quickly  - Carries a dream to create a new entity from scratch  - Ability to lead an environment of constant change  - Ability to stay connected to bigger purpose along with high transactional routine tasks  - Ability to express and perform under pressure is essential  - Demonstrates high degree of creativity and unusual common sense
