KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  - Planning, brand building & analysis   - Be Involved in concept testing (Psychographic profiling – Analyse the content and recognize the strong points) along with the Programming and Research team to understand the business in detail and execute communication aligned to the same  - Develop marketing plans and strategies to support overall business targets  - Employ market research initiatives to drive brand positioning, marketing communication efforts  - Undertake promotional campaigns (ATL / BTL) to ensure brand visibility and awareness in existing and new markets  - Execute relevant programs focused on market segments, strategic customers and prospects  - Manage and drive relationships with creative, media & other agencies  - Drive tie-ups and manage key partnerships   - Plan & manage communication budgets  PERFORMANCE MEASURES:  - Clearly defined communication agenda for the shows  - TVTs of the show  - Consumer Insight and time spent  - Adherence to communication budgets  QUALIFICATION:  - Preferably MBA from a reputed institute  - 7-11 years of core marketing & communication experience  KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:  - Excellent communication skills  - Exposure to planning and strategy (on-air, off-air & Digital besides events)  - Basic knowledge of TAM  - Proficiency in managing partner relations: Research Teams, Agencies and Vendors besides striking key tie-ups for the brand  - Exposure to management of digital and social media  PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:  - Excellent Communication and Presentation skills  - Passion for television  - Ability to multi task and deal with multiple stakeholders  - Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
