CONTEXT   Head the Partnerships & Innovation division for Sports leagues  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES   - Responsible in identifying new areas of opportunity for the business   - Responsible for maintaining current partnerships while striving to create new relationships whenever possible  - Protect the sports league's interests & commitments with external stakeholders   - Devise off-season programmes with sports league franchises   - Identify new revenue partnerships Identify new Stadia for sports leagues  QUALIFICATION  - Graduate/Post Graduate from a reputed institute with minimum 11-14 years of experience   - 6-8 years of core marketing & communication experience   - Degree/Diploma in sports management will be an added advantage  KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS  - Excellent communication skills   - Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills   - The role requires high execution orientation, quick thinking and implementation. The incumbent should be comfortable with a lot of action and has the ability to handle multiple issues/activities.  PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES  - High on energy, drive, assertive and to be able to deal with multiple stakeholders.  - Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines  - Should be driven and mature enough to handle senior level relationships   - Passionate about Sports
