This HR Business Partner will support some of the network functions of Star.  As Business Partner, You will assist in conceptualization and drive implementation of people management initiatives and policies to support overall business strategy. This involves understanding the business/functional issues and driving HR activities like recruitment/selection, staffing, retention, compensation and employee benefits administration, employee relations, management development, training and performance management.   Talent Management : Review and build capability and drive the performance management. Actively promote succession-planning, keeping in mind the overall business strategy. Focus on retention of key talents. Design and implement strong reward and recognition system as per the business needs. Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies  Functional Management : Lead implementation of core HR programs into the business to insure greater alignment with overall organization's HR policies and processes.   Employee Champion : It is important for the incumbent to have the right balance between organization's goals and employee's cause. Should have the strength of character to take a stand and push back leadership team wherever required. Facilitate an open, inclusive, Star values-based environment. Ensure that the HR is perceived as an objective employee champion and a trusted partner.   Qualifications :  - Master's level HR Qualification from a Premier Institute preferred  - A minimum of 4-7 years of HR experience   Knowledge & Skills :  - Understanding of organizational dynamics and think and act as per Organization's best interest   - Ability to work with senior management team on business and organizational issues and design and provide suitable solutions will be a key deliverable for this role.   - The ability to effectively work and communicate at all levels within the organization and commitment to strategic business partnerships and team developments is a must.   - Must be able to multi-task, deal with ambiguity, constantly adapt to a high pressure environment, and thrive in chaos, in a highly dynamic environment.  - An entrepreneur mindset and never say die attitude is must to be successful in Star  Personal Attributes :  - Affable yet assertive  - Mature  - Confident and non-hierarchical thinker  - Adaptable  - Able to work under pressure  - Out-of-the-box thinker
