- You will help build functional teams of professionals and create and implement appropriate career path strategies. Actively promote succession-planning, keeping in mind the overall business strategy. Focus on retention of key talents.   - Help develop improved solutions for recruiting, retaining and developing key talent. Design assessment tools to define competency and readiness gaps for key talent. Design and implement strong reward and recognition system.   Functional Management :   - Lead implementation of core HR programs into the business to insure greater alignment with overall organization's HR policies and processes  - Manage relationship with senior business stakeholders   What you bring in :  - 12+ yrs of experience in HR business partnering with the ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results, experience in organization development will be an added advantage.  - Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative.
