Context:  Team lead for the Digital product and revenue strategy team, mandated to provide sales strategy inputs to drive Star India’s business plans, across sports and entertainment verticals on the digital platforms.  Key Responsibilities:  - Formulate the sales plan: Develop annual budget and sales plans for digital propositions on both entertainment and sports verticals. Reforecast the budget as required based on the performance and as per company's set goals  - Pricing: Determine pricing strategies based on sales plans and forecasts  - Product Development: Develop deeper insight and understanding of the dynamic market requirements through advertiser/client interaction, and facilitate/ propose product solutions more suited to client needs, hence resulting in better monetization of advertising opportunities  - Ad Products, Formats & Technologies: Evaluating new tools, technologies, changes and options/ opportunities for the network  - Industry Macro Trends: Competitor analytics, industry trends, trade linkages, etc.  Performance Measures:  - Ad Revenues  - Monitoring of the ecosystem to ensure the most contemporary advertiser offerings for Digital assets  Qualification:  - MBA from Premier institute  - Work exp of 11-15 years  - Prior experience in digital publishers or content providers or media planning  - Experience in video advertising on strategy side preferable  Knowledge & Skills:  - Comfortable with data analytics  - Ability to produce top cutting-edge presentations  - Digital Evangelist  - Well versed with new media   Personal Attributes:  - Ability to work in a startup  - Handle ambiguity and chaos  - Natural curiosity about media, both new and old
