Business Title : Manager  Grade : Band 6   Business Unit : 168  Location: Mumbai  Reports to : Head Balance Sheet Management  Purpose :  This role is responsible for providing support and oversight to ensure all Balance Sheet Management (BSM) deliverables (which include Local Capital & Liquidity Reporting, ALCO governance support and associated activities) are met as per the requirements.   Responsibilities :  Key Responsibilities :  - Provide direct assistance in computation of Local Capital Adequacy Ratio and Liquidity Coverage Ratio and its reporting and certification (as required by the underlying statutes)  - Be aware of regulatory guidelines related to Capital/Liquidity Management including periodical update.  - Involvement in Governance activities like maintenance of policies (e.g. Capital Planning Framework, ICAAP, Pillar 3), procedures, process notes, DOIs, checklists (e.g. Pillar 3, ICAAP), maintaining adequate audit trail (e.g. ICAAP internal audit, CAR certification statutory audit, SREP by regulator), cross references to regulatory notifications, seeking periodical governance approvals, maintaining adequate maker/checker controls  - Support preparation of MIS packs for Governance meetings (ALCO/LMF/CMF/STF)  - Support capital and liquidity optimization initiatives.  - Support automation initiatives on capital and liquidity reporting front.  - Support ALCO/Group initiatives on structural liquidity monitoring, internal FTP, Recovery and Resolution Planning (RRP), Country Liquidity Crisis Management Plan etc.  - Coordination with all the relevant units/stakeholders for seeking data within a reasonable time frame.  Key Stakeholders :  - CMF  - LMF  - STF  - Business Finance (the larger finance team)  - Group Treasury  - Business colleagues  - Risk  - Compliance  Knowledge, Skills And Experience :  - Preferably a chartered accountant with at least 6 - 7 years relevant experience  - Sound knowledge of Local Capital Adequacy/Liquidity regulation and working awareness of Accounting Practices, Management Accounting Practices and Financial Analysis & Evaluation  - Conversant with MS EXCEL (including advanced features)/WORD/POWER POINT  - Functional awareness of PSGL and its linkages with multiple TP systems  - Familiarisation with computerised accounting & processing systems   - Functional awareness of Banking regulations, Accounting standards, Accounting policies & procedures  - Communication skills (oral and written) including within and outside the organization at senior levels  - Good documentation & presentation skills  - Negotiation skills, ability to take things to a logical end, including evaluating alternative solutions to problems faced
