- The candidate will be responsible for the leadership role for PMO & Transitions and would be responsible for the process migration and operational ramp up to achieve client SLA deliverables.   - The role would be responsible for client relationship management, process migration, team building and management along with the process delivery goals   - As a member of the steering committee he will have to pioneer efforts in improving present processes and procedures.   - Transition Team management and consensus building across cross-functional teams and client’s project teams   - Regularity and comprehensiveness of Project updates and communication during transition   - As a part of the initial transition team needs to build good client relationship   - Managing the project within budgets and timelines   - Risk identification and management   - Defining SLAs with Operations   - Program management processes enhancements and automation   - VOT   - Budgets for the next year in consultation with the team managers and SDM   - Guarantee the projects success / growth without any hitches   - Involve in pricing discussions   - Ensure profitability of projects / smooth functioning   - Based on business viability provide input to business head for SLA renegotiation   - Profiling of customers   - Internally reviews on cost/ budget every month   - Regularity and comprehensiveness of project updates and communication during transition.   - Programme Management & Implementation of client migration processes.   Please revert with your updated CV & current CTC.  Manisha
