They have helped raise money for companies from various sectors such as aviation, auto components, construction & infrastructure, hospitality, information technology, logistics, media, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and industrials.

Role: Senior Coverage Banker (M&A / PE)

Designation: Senior Vice President / Executive Director

Reporting to: Head of Investment Banking (MD)

Experience: 10+ Years

Location: Mumbai

Job Description:

- Responsible for coverage of corporate clients

- Originating mandates for M&A and Private Equity deals

- Bringing new corporate relationships to the company and maintaining the existing ones

- Structuring transactions

- Oversee execution of deals

- Sector focus - Auto Ancillaries, Industrial, BFSI

Requirement:

- Strong relationships and experience in coverage and origination

- At least 10+ years of experience in investment banking space
