Sr Role - Project Mgmt Office - Real Estate

We are an Executive Search Firm currently working on a senior level mandate for Project Management Office department for a leading Real Estate Firm

Job Experience : 10 Years+

Age: Upto 40 Years

Job Description:

1. Prepare, analyze and report enterprise wide report to the senior management (Planned Vs Actual for Project Cost, Schedule, Budget, Revenue, Profitability Report, and Milestone Progress)

2. Responsible for overall project planning

3. Ensure all projects adhere to the company’s base lined Quality Governance process guidelines, checklists, tracking and cash flow targets

4. Appropriate alignment resources and supply chain needs

6. Managing the QS, Billing & Estimation Department

7. Work with all stakeholders to review, monitor project health.

8. Develop and maintain & Own Executive Dashboard & MIS for CEO’s and Board update

9. Focus a process setting and process driven approach in management

10. Design and Implement Complete Project EHS management System to achieve high safety standards in the organization

11. Set performance bench marking criteria’s and track the same
