We are in an urgent requirements for Learning and Development Professional.  Purpose:   - To provide active leadership in talent and leadership development, to support the business and Head of HR. Create a strategic talent and leadership framework that ensures we are identifying and developing our key individuals to meet both current and future business needs.   - Partner proactively with business heads of operations to fully understand strategic business goals and translate these into L&D strategy which supports group strategy.  - Provide functional leadership to the L&D professionals in your team.  - Provide internal development expertise, facilitation, identification & coaching of high potential talent and bespoke products to the Heads of Operations.  - Lead and maintain a talent and appraisal system that meets the needs and helps align Associates capability and performance with group needs   - Lead and facilitate the development of our in-house competency framework ensuring that it articulates the core skills and behaviours that requires its Associates to possess.  - Design and maintain a process by which learning & development needs can be analysed and translated into development/training plans with a strong focus on measurement of effectiveness.  - Design & deliver Leadership Assessment Centres and other such interventions to ensure the high standards in leadership.  - Design and maintain processes that allow Associates to engage in career planning so as to help retain Associates and allow the business to make the most of Associates' talents  - Design and maintain processes that allow senior management to engage in succession planning so as to protect the business from key personnel dependency and allow the group to make the most of employees' talents.  Interested share CV, with Following Details:  Current Ctc: Expected CTC: Notice Period:  Raina Fernandes - Consultant Populus.
