Role:
- There are 2 roles at a Senior level in Training & Development. One is in T&D Program Management and the other in T&D Instructional Design
- To improve organisational effectiveness
- Responsible for building employee capabilities across areas
- Delivery of outstanding fuctional and other training and performance improvement solutions
- Build strong alliances with suuport groups and global partners to implement learning best practices
- Lead teams
- Manage reviews of L&D program effectiveness
Requirements:
- 10-16 yrs of experience in L&D Program Management/ Instructional Design
- Experience and ability in managing a team
- Good Communication and People management skills
- Excellent planning and prioritisation skills
- Should have worked in an MNC environment
