JD: Role Description

Brand Management:

- Developing a brand strategy for all product of the company in EM

- Creating innovative marketing campaigns which create awareness and drive attraction utilizing career sites, related technologies, social media and other marketing channels to promote the brand as an brand of choice; maintaining control of the brand while effectively partnering with local teams to multiply brand efforts.

- Developing plans for branding, marketing strategy and tactics in support of critical business initiatives

- Leading analysis of branding tactics to assess effectiveness and inform decision making on future investments and areas of opportunity.

Operational Support:

- Artwork development - generating artworks by collaborating with cross functional teams: EMEA packaging for guidelines; RA/ RBMs/ Distributor for text; 3P vendors for translation & design development

- Collaborating with sourcing & RA teams to meet dossier dispatch schedules

- Driving IP process on behalf of commercial team for necessary clearances both at filing & commercialization stage

- Connecting with legal team for initiating TM search & filing process

- Vendor management - Scout & develop vendors procuring low value promotional items/ product reminders

- Connecting cross functional teams (where required) for setting up processes for seamless communication flow

Analytics:

- Analyzing IMS data across export markets for arriving at the portfolio mix across geographies

- Managing BMI & Data monitor subscriptions to provide macro level data/ inputs for business managers

- Portfolio gap analysis

- Assist leadership team in developing strategy documents

Marketing Support:

- Generate Trade marks for export markets product portfolio

- Connect with medical & marketing team across different entities to design, develop & implement the respective brand communications.

- Devise & implement product launch strategies in key markets through distributor teams

- Partner with in-country teams for developing & implementing brand plans

- Collaborating with medical team - in-house or consultants for medical content

- Develop a Guidance group team of KoL doctors for each region

- Undertake product training for field force.

- Collaborate with Global marketing team to leverage corporate brand building collateral

- Develop communication kits to RBMs with necessary collateral about company - comprising of presentation deck; videos; corporate updates; key achievements

- Understand & implement latest developments in print technology & in digital media space
