Key Responsibilities:
Scope of work:
- To classify and develop tie up with key Corporates from a multi pronged approach:
a) Identifying Corporates and laying down segmentation/ allocation parameters from a central perspective in terms of usability for current and future projects (Example - sector / locations/ number of employees/ salary bands etc)
b) Devising a central incentive strategy with a Cost - Benefit parameter to attract walk-ins with the existing tie – ups (Example - privileges/ discounts/ promos etc.)
- To have alignment with Segment heads/ site heads and engage with Corporates accordingly to generate walk-ins
- To connect with the marketing team to have a ready and continuous engagement calendar with Corporates at a segmented level
Calendarisation:
a) To design and execute promotional tie-ups and events
b) To make use of festive as well as corporate events to promote awareness and sales drive
- ROI: To track on a continuous basis the spend and return from a cost as well as an activity point of view
Skill Requirement:
- Excellent Communication and persuasive skills
- Strong ability to conceptualise and formulate strategies accordingly (experience of having managed a profit centre preferable)
- Relationship builder
- Proven team management abilities
